Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled handyman with a keen eye for detail to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 6 years of experience in residential remodeling or handyman work Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, from basic repairs to high-end finishes Ability to manage and work within a team or independently Proficiency with construction management software Strong communication skills for regular reporting to management and clients Reliable, clean, and professional work ethic

Responsibilities:

Perform a range of tasks from basic maintenance to detailed finish work Collaborate with team members and provide guidance when needed Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety Maintain a clean and organized workspace All aspects of general remodel construction including (but not limited to): Framing Decking Tiling Drywall General labor Job-site clean up Finish carpentry etc. Upon applying, please show your level of detail by explaining a time that you were presented with a difficult challenge on a jobsite and how you used experience or ingenuity to achieve high end results.
