Drywall Warranty Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Drywall Repair & Finishing Perform drywall touch-ups and repairs in new and existing homes throughout Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Weber counties Match existing textures and finishes to ensure seamless, high-quality repairs Complete warranty work efficiently while maintaining KYCO Services' quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety procedures Customer Service & Communication Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and office staff Represent KYCO Services with integrity and exceptional customer service Address homeowner concerns courteously and ensure a positive warranty experience Maintain clear communication regarding repair schedules and project updates Quality & Productivity Complete assigned repairs accurately and in a timely manner Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality expectations Identify and communicate any additional issues requiring attention Take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction Additional Duties Assist other departments as needed Support company initiatives and maintain a safe, professional work environment

Qualifications:

Experience with drywall finishing, taping, and texture matching preferred Willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required What Success Looks Like in

Warranty repairs are completed efficiently and with exceptional quality Homeowners receive professional, friendly, and timely service Drywall textures and finishes blend seamlessly with existing surfaces Daily assignments are completed safely and on schedule You represent KYCO Services with integrity, craftsmanship, and professionalism

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
