Responsibilities:

Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning services for homes and offices Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces, floors, and fixtures Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and workspaces to a high standard Use green and eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled windows Communicate professionally with clients and respond to special cleaning requests Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning required, with references Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in and around Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, and Manassas VA Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule as an independent contractor Trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor Comfort with eco-friendly and green cleaning products and methods Must pass a background check Must possess a valid Business License Must carry personal Worker's Compensation insurance Must have up to date General Liability Insurance and be
