Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Remodel / Renovation Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in residential bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition, installation, and finishing work. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in multiple aspects of construction or remodeling. Responsibilities Perform demolition and preparation for bathroom renovation projects Install fixtures, cabinetry, tile, drywall, and other materials Assist with plumbing and light electrical work as needed Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in remodeling, construction, or related field Experience with bathroom renovations preferred Knowledge of carpentry, tile work, drywall, and basic plumbing and electrical Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred Skills Tile setting and finishing Plumbing fixture installation Drywall finishing and painting General carpentry What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment An exciting new company environment and the opportunity to grow with us!
