This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting various construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing materials, and assisting with on-site tasks to ensure smooth project execution. We are committed to providing a paid position that values safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Duties Receive, organize, and store construction materials and supplies efficiently within the warehouse. Prepare materials for projects by performing surface preparation, caulking, or trimming as needed. Assist with loading and unloading trucks using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety regulations. Support on-site construction activities such as framing, drywall installation, plastering, or masonry work. Maintain accurate inventory records and track supplies using schematics and technical drawings. Follow safety protocols including respiratory protection and proper handling of hazardous materials. Collaborate with project teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate material usage. Experience Previous experience working in a construction site environment or warehouse setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical schematics. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying, and industrial painting techniques. Knowledge of surface preparation methods such as construction painting surface prep and spray painting. Skills in carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry, stucco application, and fixture installation are advantageous. Understanding of safety regulations including respiratory protection and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to renovation or remodeling projects are essential.
