Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to develop professional skills in kitchen and bathroom renovations. What You'll Do As a Remodeling Technician, you'll work alongside experienced remodelers, assisting with kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation projects.

Typical duties include:

Demolition of kitchens and bathrooms Jobsite preparation and protection Material handling and organization Drywall installation and repairs Trim and finish carpentry Cabinet installation assistance Flooring installation assistance Painting and finishing work Fixture installation assistance Cleanup and jobsite organization Assisting lead technicians with remodeling projects

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications 3+ years of construction, carpentry, remodeling, or related experience Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach office Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience with basic hand and power tools Drywall experience Carpentry experience Painting experience Flooring installation experience Residential remodeling experience What Success Looks Like Successful team members: Show up on time every day Maintain a positive attitude Learn quickly and ask questions Take pride in producing quality work Keep jobsites clean and organized Communicate professionally with teammates and customers Demonstrate increasing independence and skill development Growth Opportunity This position is designed as a career path into the remodeling trades.
