Job Description

Experienced Drywall Finisher /
Sprayer Best Hours:
Monday- Friday 6am-2 pm; Paid Breaks. Benefit from our Skill Based Pay . This position specializes in finishing and spraying drywall surfaces to include applying paint and other finishes to walls. This position focuses on finishing drywall surfaces inside factory-built modular homes to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works efficiently in a production environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Willing to train anyone coachable. Key Responsibilities Working on stilts is a plus Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting. Install corner bead and apply finishing coats as needed. Repair surface imperfections, cracks, or damage. Ensure walls and ceilings meet quality control standards. Tape drywall seams and joints. Apply joint compound (mudding) to seams, corners, and fasteners. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines. Collaborate with production team members to meet daily quotas and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in drywall finishing and mudding required (2+ years preferred). Ability to use hand tools and power tools related to drywall finishing. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Work Environment Indoor factory setting. Consistent year-round work (not weather dependent). Full-time position. May require standing for extended periods. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Health insurance options. Paid time off. 401(k) with company match.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
