In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing drywall, finishing surfaces, and applying high-quality paint to enhance residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets our high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and allow you to showcase your attention to detail and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, install, and finish drywall panels with precision using hand tools and power tools Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and applying plaster or stucco to ensure smooth finishes Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment or other methods for residential and commercial painting projects Perform caulking, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and masonry work as needed to complete renovations and restoration projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Collaborate with team members including carpenters, masons, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Qualifications Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting within residential or commercial settings Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, putty knives, sanders; power tools including drills and airless paint sprayers Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, caulking techniques, renovation processes, and industrial painting methods Hands-on experience with construction site safety procedures and maintenance of tools and equipment Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise project execution Additional skills such as welding or handyman experience are a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship on every project!
