Job Description
We are seeking 2 Drywall & Framing Laborers to support a commercial basement renovation project at the local library in Wright, Wyoming. This position is responsible for metal and wood stud framing, drywall installation, finishing work, and assisting with all phases of interior remodeling to ensure a high-quality finished product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Construct and install metal stud and wood framing systems according to project plans and specifications. Measure, cut, and install drywall on walls and ceilings. Tape, mud, texture, and finish drywall surfaces. Ensure framing layouts are level, plumb, and square. Safely operate hand tools & power tools Assist with demolition, material handling, and job site preparation when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow OSHA safety standards and site-specific safety requirements. Collaborate with project supervisor to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Previous commercial framing and drywall experience would be amazing. Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and texture application. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
