Job Description

Job Description We are hiring a reliable, hands-on Installation Technician to support residential and commercial installation projects in the San Diego area. This is a part-time role with a high likelihood of becoming full-time for the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone comfortable working with tools, enjoys physical work, and wants to grow into a skilled trade role. Experience with low-voltage lighting systems is a plus but not required — we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist with installation of low-voltage outdoor lighting systems Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Mount fixtures, run wiring, trench, and perform basic electrical-related tasks (low voltage only) Load/unload tools and materials at job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow instructions from project leads and supervisors Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients Requirements (Must-Have) Experience using hand tools (mandatory) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and learn new skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with low-voltage lighting or electrical work Construction, landscaping, or trade experience Basic troubleshooting or mechanical skills Compensation & Growth $22-$26 per hour , depending on experience Part-time schedule with clear path to full-time employment On-the-job training provided Opportunity to grow into lead technician or project-based roles
