ELECTRICAL

Position Summary:

The Electrical team is responsible for many tasks. These tasks require the ability to constantly lift, push, pull 50+lbs, be on your feet for 4 hours at a time and use various hand tools. Tasks may include working with panel boxes, running wire and ropes, working with switch and plugs and other tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma Previous construction experience, (2+ years preferred) Experience working in an electrical position is A plus. Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desired Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols Team player

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others. Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures. Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours at a time.

Salary:

This is a level CHARLIE role, $27.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period. Why Clayton?
