Role:

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Helper / Field Assistant to support our plumbing technicians in the field and keep our warehouse running smoothly. No experience needed — we'll train you. Most helpers who show up and work hard move into an apprentice role within 6-12 months, with a clear path toward becoming an installer.

What You'll Do:

Field:

Work alongside our Master Plumbers and Installers on job sites Help with re-pipe projects, including crawl spaces and under-home access Assist with digging and prepping trenches for water and sewer lines (full training and safety guidance provided) Learn on-site safety protocols from experienced pros

Logistics & Materials:

Load and stock company vehicles for daily jobs Pick up and deliver materials from suppliers Keep the warehouse, shop, and vans organized and stocked

Shop Support:

Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized Basic tool and equipment maintenance Other tasks as needed to keep things running

What We're Looking For:

No experience required — strong work ethic matters more Willing to learn, take direction, and ask questions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces Valid driver's license, clean driving record preferred Reliable and on time, every time
