Full-Time / Part-Time | Entry-LevelAbout the RoleWe're looking for a reliable Fireplace System Helper to support our technicians on daily job sites. This is a great entry point into the fireplace service trade no experience necessary, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You'll DoAssist technicians with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, parts, and equipmentHelp carry and position materials for wood, gas, and electric fireplace installations and repairsSupport basic cleaning and maintenance tasks under technician supervisionKeep job sites clean, organized, and free of debrisMaintain and keep tools and equipment in good working orderAssist with hauling ash, debris, and old materials for proper disposalProvide friendly, professional interaction with customers on-siteFollow all safety protocols, including ladder safety, PPE use, and confined space awarenessWhat We're Looking ForValid driver's license preferredWillingness to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditionsComfortable lifting 75+ lbs with assistance and standing/kneeling for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousStrong work ethic and eagerness to learnGood communication skills for customer-facing situationsNo prior experience required training providedDrug test and background check requiredNice to Have (Not Required)Experience in construction, general labor, or a trade helper roleBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsWhat We OfferPaid, on-the-job trainingPath to advancement toward Apprentice and Lead Technician roles based on competency and interestTools provided for job sitesWork uniform providedPaid time off after probationary period, including benefits package
