Electrical Helper Norlee Group Who are we? Norlee Group, Inc., is a multi-trade building systems organization delivering integrated electrical, mechanical, and technology solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional, and specialty markets. As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform. Norlee Group, Inc., is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Helper to join our C ommercial division in the area to join our team. Compensation for this role, is inclusive of the applicant's role, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final determination will be based on the candidate's experience, education, and relevant licenses. •This full-time field position, Monday-Friday.

Do:
The Electrical Helper is responsible for assisting a licensed electrician with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems by performing supportive tasks like carrying tools, cutting wire, pulling cable through conduit, cleaning work areas, and organizing materials, all while following strict safety protocols, often serving as an entry point to the electrical trade for hands-on learning. You'll be a great fit if: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic math and ability to read blueprints/technical documents. Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions. A strong desire to learn the electrical trade and potentially enter an apprenticeship Requires a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test. Comfortable lifting at least fifty pounds, and work safely while on ladders. Norlee group, Inc., are equal opportunity employers.
