We're hiring. At Performance Electrical Contracting in Jacksonville, FL, we need a hard worker to help our electricians on commercial job sites. No electrical experience needed — we'll teach you. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Help electricians pull wire, mount boxes, and set up materials Carry tools, parts, and supplies where the crew needs them Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Load and unload trucks at the start and end of each day Dig trenches, drill holes, and do other prep work as needed Learn the trade by watching and working with experienced electricians Follow all safety rules and OSHA requirements on every job What You Need High school diploma or GED Ability to show up on time, every day, ready to work Willingness to learn and take direction from the crew Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

You'll work on active job sites. You must be able to stand for long periods, work in different weather, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
