Job Description

Fabrication Helper:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fabrication helper to assist with the fabrication and production day-to-day operations. This position requires hands-on experience with tools and measurements.
Position Summary:
The Fabrication Helper will be handling tools and equipment and supporting the manufacturing duties and fabrication tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist fabrication and production operations with general labor to support workflow efficiency. Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Measure and prepare materials accurately according to specifications. Maintain job sites clean, safe, and organized. Help with inventory organization and warehouse support. Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule. Work with hand tools to cut, grind, drill, etc.
Requirements:
Must be a handy person. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments. Strong measurement and material preparation skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, warehouse, or related hands-on work. (preferred). Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general mechanical work. (preferred). Measurement skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay $21 - $25 p/h (based on experience). Medical, dental and vision insurance. Paid time off. 401k (up to 4% Match). Growth opportunities within the company.
