Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician Helper to join our dynamic electrical and fire alarm installation team. In this role, you will assist licensed technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and fire alarm systems across various commercial and industrial projects. Your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the electrical trade. Duties Assist licensed technicians with installing electrical and fire alarm wiring, conduit, and fixtures according to blueprints, schematics, and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to support electrical installation tasks Read and interpret electrical and fire alarm schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate work execution Measure electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify circuit integrity Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in electrical environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical equipment such as ohmmeters is advantageous Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and NEC standards is a plus Experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems enhances your candidacy Ability to work safely at heights, around high voltage systems, and in various weather conditions is essential Strong willingness to learn about low voltage wiring, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical codes Join us in powering the future! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
