Position Summary Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Helper to join one of our Industrial and Commercial divisions. This is a full-time, field-based position offering an excellent entry point into the electrical trade with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Full-Time, Field Position Compensation Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and relevant licenses. Responsibilities include:
Carrying tools and materials Cutting wire and pulling cable through conduit Cleaning and organizing work areas Assisting with jobsite preparation and breakdown Following all safety procedures and company protocols This role serves as an entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience and long-term growth within the electrical trade.
