This position provides versatility to allow the coater to run smoothly while the individual(s) learn new responsibilities increasing their importance to the team. Assist with sew-on Assist Shearing Operator Assist with roll-up Assist with slitting Assist with cutting cores and stocking core area Maintain housekeeping within the coating department Other various job duties assigned by the supervisor Good analytical and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently Ability to be an effective team member Ability to communicate effectively Must be able to lift up to 50LBS Must be able to bend, stoop, stand for a 12-hour shift High School Diploma or GED equivalency is preferred Basic English grammar and math skills required.
