Job Description

Construction Resources is seeking an Appliance Installer to support our growing construction and design projects across the Southeast. In this field-based role, you'll install premium residential appliances on new construction and remodel jobs, ensuring safe, accurate fits and clean finishes. You'll read layouts, verify measurements and utilities, perform basic electrical and plumbing hook-ups, and test equipment. Working closely with builders, designers, and homeowners, you'll deliver excellent service while upholding our high standards of craftsmanship and jobsite safety, with room to grow into operations, sales, design, or management. Responsibilities Install residential appliances to manufacturer and job specifications Load, transport, and unload appliances safely to and from jobsites Verify measurements, clearances, and utilities before installation Perform basic electrical and plumbing connections where allowed Test appliances and troubleshoot basic performance issues Protect finished surfaces and maintain clean, safe work areas Communicate with builders, designers, and homeowners on-site Document work completed and report issues or delays to supervisors Follow all company and OSHA safety standards Assist warehouse and showroom teams as needed Required Skills Appliance installation Hand and power tool use Reading blueprints/layouts Basic electrical knowledge Basic plumbing knowledge Measuring and leveling Jobsite safety (OSHA awareness) Customer service Problem diagnosis and troubleshooting Driving and material handling
