Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Optional Saturday overtime available (not required) Position Overview The Commercial Electrical Helper assists licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial buildings. This is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals with little to no prior electrical experience who are eager to learn the trade, build hands-on skills, and work in a team-oriented construction environment. Under the supervision of experienced electricians, the Electrical Helper supports daily jobsite operations, follows safety procedures, and learns industry standards while contributing to successful project completion. Key Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with commercial electrical installations and repairs Carry, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials Help run conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid) under supervision Assist with pulling wire and cable through conduit Support installation of electrical boxes, lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches Assist with grounding and bonding tasks Perform basic measuring, cutting, drilling, and fastening Follow all jobsite safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Basic proficiency using a tape measure Valid driver's license (no exceptions) Strong desire to learn the electrical trade Ability to work well in a team-based environment Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
