We're looking for an Electrical Assistant to join our growing Facility Services Group. This entry-level role is key to supporting licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction environments. You'll assist with day-to-day jobsite operations, help maintain safety and quality standards, and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. What You'll Do

• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit and wire as directed
• Pull wire and assist with installing panels, fixtures, and electrical boxes
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and licensed electricians
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Support troubleshooting of electrical issues under supervision
• Adhere to all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• Assist with project setup and cleanup activities What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Interest in the electrical trade or construction industry
• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Current and valid driver's license in state of residence preferred Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, and maintain balance
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Comfort working on active construction sites and using ladders, scaffolds, or stairs Travel This position may require occasional travel to job sites, with potential for overnight stays depending on project needs.
