What You'll Do Assist licensed electricians with panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, and residential service work Learn clean, "neat and workmanlike" installation practices Develop troubleshooting and "old work" skills in finished homes Maintain a clean and respectful job site at all times Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Training & Development You'll work side-by-side with licensed journeymen who are invested in teaching you the trade the right way.
