HVAC Helper / General Assistant About the

Role:

We are seeking a punctual and motivated HVAC Helper / General Assistant to join our team in Massachusetts. You will be responsible for supporting lead technicians with equipment loading, wall drilling, bracket mounting, and maintaining a clean job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials.
• Wall drilling and preparing job site areas for installation.
• Mounting brackets and bases for HVAC and Mini Split units.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site before, during, and after project completion.

Requirements:

• Absolute punctuality and a great work attitude.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.

What We Offer:

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 / hour.

Job Type:

Full-time.

Paid Training:

On-the-job training provided from day one.

Schedule:

Full-time hours with interviews held Monday & Tuesday.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
