Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings
- Assist with the installation of electrical components and wiring, following blueprints and electrical codes
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as running conduit, pulling wire, and mounting devices
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Note:
This position is an entry-level role for individuals interested in pursuing a career as an electrician. Training will be provided on the job.Job Type:
