In this role, you will assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and industrial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their electrical skills, gain hands-on experience on construction sites, and grow within the electrical trade. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assist electricians with installing wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components following blueprints and schematics Use hand tools and power tools to support electrical installation tasks efficiently and safely Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand project requirements Help with the setup of construction sites, including framing carpentry tasks as needed for electrical infrastructure Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for Support the testing of electrical systems using equipment such as ohmmeters and other testing devices Follow safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage, NEC (National Electrical Code), and other industry standards to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in an industrial or commercial electrical environment is preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and basic electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters is highly desirable Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems, along with an understanding of NEC regulations, is a plus Experience reading technical drawings and schematics related to electrical systems Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail Prior exposure to frame carpentry or related construction tasks will be considered an asset Join us if you're ready to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills will grow every day.
