Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Electrician's Helper to join our team. This position will primarily involve electrical work in new residential construction. Experience is helpful but not required —on-the-job training is available for someone who is willing to learn and work. Job Duties Assist electricians with electrical installation in new residential homes Help install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and other electrical components Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment Assist with pulling wire and preparing job sites Keep work areas clean and organized Follow instructions from electricians and supervisors Follow company and job-site safety procedures Learn electrical skills and proper installation techniques while working on the job Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from our shop Dependable and able to arrive to work on time Willing to learn the electrical trade Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Comfortable working on active residential construction sites Able to perform physical work, including lifting materials, climbing ladders, bending, and working on your feet Positive attitude and good work ethic Experience No electrical experience is required. On-the-job training is available. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the electrical trade and gaining hands-on experience in residential construction.
