Requirements for Electrical Helper - (included, but not limited to): Willingness to learn and apply electrical knowledge and skills. Assist lead electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment under supervision. Willingness to learn how to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Assist with running conduit, pulling wire, installing devices, and maintaining jobsite organization. Commitment to following all electrical safety standards and company safety policies. Flexible and adaptable to support both service and installation departments. Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations. Ability to work independently when assigned tasks while maintaining communication with the lead technician. Capability to follow written and verbal directions from leads, managers, and leadership. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and explain work being completed when appropriate. Strong work ethic with a goal of completing every job safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time. Eagerness to continue training and develop a long-term career in the electrical trade. All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening, must possess a valid driver's license, and must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.
