An Electrician's Assistant works under the direction of a qualified electrician and assists with installing electrical wiring and lighting or making repairs or upgrades to wiring, outlets or other parts of electrical systems.
The Electrician Helper is responsible for assisting the Lead Electrician with installs, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical products and equipment at assigned job sites. This role works closely with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and electrical code standards. ___________________________________________________________________________

Job Duties:
Install electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and code requirements, including but not limited to ceiling fans, and other lighting products. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on electrical products. Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and service performed. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working conditions. Load and Unload service vehicles. Assist with cleanup of job sites upon job completion. Assist with other installation or service-related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must supply own tools.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various environments. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Operating a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position; therefore, a valid driver's license and continuous eligibility to drive under company insurance standards are required. Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) are monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
