We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Instructor to lead and deliver electrical training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, teaching or training experience, and the required certifications and / or licenses to ensure compliance with training standards. This role is critical in preparing students or trainees for successful careers in the electrical trade. Will be responsible for providing and sustaining an effective learning environment for every student through well-prepared classes, relevant assignments of learning, clear documentation and feedback on student progress, and support of academic success for all students.

Responsibilities:

Deliver electrical training curriculum in accordance with guidelines and standards. Prepare and administer both theoretical and hands-on practical training to students. Evaluate students' performance through written exams and performance-based assessments. Maintain accurate training records and record student results. Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to students or trainees to ensure skill development. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, codes, and standards, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during instruction. South Texas Initiatives will provide instructor guidance. Must have appropriate licenses.
