Electrical Apprentice

Red Pine Electric is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as an Electrician Apprentice. This position provides hands-on training while working alongside experienced journeyman electricians on both commercial and residential electrical projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the electrical trade while learning valuable skills in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Assist journeyman electricians with commercial and residential electrical installations Help install wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and electrical panels Pull wire and assist with conduit installation (EMT, PVC, and other systems) Assist with electrical rough-in and finish work Maintain tools, materials, and job site organization Follow all safety procedures and job site regulations Learn to read blueprints and electrical diagrams Support team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule Qualifications Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Preferred (Not Required) Previous construction or electrical experience Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an apprenticeship program Basic knowledge of electrical tools and job site safety What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (DOE) Hands-on training and skill development Opportunity to gain experience in both residential and commercial electrical work Supportive team environment Opportunities for long-term career growth within the company If you are hardworking, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the electrical trade, we encourage you to apply.
