Competitive wages Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives A day in the life: Assist Electricians by performing electrical installation and repair operations to electrical systems and control systems Assist Electricians by installing and repairing equipment such as relays, starters, switches, motors, motor control centers, switchgear, transformers, power distribution centers, heat tracing systems, and cable trays Help determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations and install junction boxes Support wiring and other electrical projects relative to retrofits, construction projects, installations, equipment replacements, and other service projects Perform other duties such as, but not limited to, delivering parts and equipment, cleaning up work areas, and organizing work and vehicle storage areas You should have: High school diploma or equivalent One to two years' experience in power and control wiring, and commercial electrical installations (preferred, but not required) One to two years' experience in working on retrofits, construction projects, and installations for electrical and control systems (preferred, but not required) Completion, or in the process of completing, applicable trade school (preferred, but not required) Ability to work cooperatively under supervision Possess entry level knowledge of NEC and applicable local codes and OSHA safety regulations Demonstrate excellent communication skills Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check
