Pay Training:
$22/hour After training: production pay (typical crew days $400-$900+ depending on footage and helpers) Not a salary. Earnings depend on jobs completed, quality, weather, and your crew. We install permanent low-voltage LED lighting on homes in the Madison area (roofline, soffit, fascia). Jobs are already sold. We provide the lights, track, controllers, and fasteners. You provide the labor, vehicle, and ladders. This is a good fit if you already do roofing, gutters, siding, solar, or exterior work and want consistent installs instead of hunting your own customers. Training Paid hands-on training at $22/hour, usually 3-5 days. After that you move to per-job / per-foot contractor pay. We walk through the exact pay sheet on the first call. What you do Install permanent LED systems on residential rooflines Measure, mount track, pull low-voltage wire, test the system Work from extension ladders and roofs (mostly 1-2 story homes) Keep the house and yard clean Call or text when a job is done or if something is off

bring a helper and run as a small crew What we provide Sold jobs and a schedule Lighting materials and install supplies Install standards and phone support What you provide Reliable vehicle that can carry ladders Extension ladders suitable for typical 20-32 ft residential work Basic hand/power tools and PPE Your own helper if you want higher daily production Must-haves 1+ year hands-on exterior work (roofing, gutters, siding, solar, electrical helper, or similar) Comfortable on ladders and roofs Can lift 50 lbs Valid license and reliable transportation Can communicate in English Okay with 1099 (you handle your own taxes and insurance) Nice to have Spanish/English Low-voltage or lighting experience Already own a helper or small crew This is not A W-2 employee job, a guaranteed salary, or a "show up with no tools" helper role.
