  • IMMEDIATELY HIRING
  • We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Superintendent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Responsibilities The Assistant Superintendent position will require the ability and skill to use a wide array of equipment and tools (no personal tools are required) Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, follow instruction of lead superintendent Schedule subcontractor work and inspections Follow through as instructed Professional interactions with customers Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on-site Qualifications Previous experience in construction (2+ years required) Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus Familiarity of construction concepts Computer skills Solid communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others on-site Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers Must have a personal vehicle or weather appropriate transportation to get to work. Clean driving record Must have Social Security card and valid Driver's License Benefits
