Job Description

Trailhead Electric LLC is a growing electrical contracting company focused on delivering high-quality commercial electrical services across Alaska. Specializing in tenant improvements and design build projects. We're looking for a skilled, safety-conscious, and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. If you enjoy working on diverse projects, solving problems in the field, and collaborating with a close-knit crew, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for commercial Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan and execute accurate installations. Troubleshooting to diagnose and correct electrical issues efficiently. Collaborate with apprentices and team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients to keep jobs on schedule and within scope. Ensure job site safety, following OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and hours worked. Qualifications Current Alaska Journeyman Electrician License (or ability to obtain reciprocity). Minimum of 4 years of field experience as an electrician. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical documents. Proficiency with hand and power tools, meters, and testing equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
