Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience preferred Solid understanding of electrical trade practices and procedures Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications Knowledge of current electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices Valid, non-restricted driver's license required Clean driving record Physically capable of working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions must hold a valid journeymans electrical license Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Responsibilities Install commercial/industrial electrical systems for new construction projects Perform rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations with precision and attention to detail Conduct quality inspections, complete punch lists, and ensure final project readiness Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet project schedules and deadlines Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to productivity and high-quality craftsmanship
