Job Description

Overview Join our team as an Electrical-Residential Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical solutions to our valued clients. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and maintain a variety of electrical systems within residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that homes are powered efficiently and safely, adhering to all relevant electrical codes and safety procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in both low and high-voltage systems, and contribute to the comfort and safety of homeowners. Responsibilities Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on residential electrical systems using hand tools, multimeters (such as ammeters and ohmmeters), and schematics reading. Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and motor control equipment in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Maintain strict adherence to electrical safety procedures during all phases of work to ensure personal safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. Use power tools such as drills, saws, wire strippers, and frame carpentry tools efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Perform industrial motor maintenance and repair tasks when required by clients' specific needs. Document all work performed accurately in service reports and update client records accordingly. Must be reliable, professional, and be able to work independently on a job site. Experience Proven experience as an electrician with a focus on residential service work; industrial or commercial electrician experience is a plus. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics analysis. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, power drills, wire strippers, and other equipment effectively. Sales experience is a plus!
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-4 years electrical experience
  • Valid Drivers license

Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
