An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Our work includes commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects throughout Baldwin County and Mobile County , with a strong focus on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Previous electrical experience is preferred, but we are also looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn and grow in the electrical trade. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians and to continue developing your skills. Responsibilities Assist electricians with commercial, residential, and industrial electrical installations, maintenance, service, and repairs Assist with installing conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, equipment, and other electrical components Pull wire, run conduit, install boxes and devices, and perform other electrical tasks based on experience and supervision Learn to read and understand electrical plans, blueprints, schematics, and specifications Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, testing equipment, and other jobsite equipment Follow instructions from Journeyman and Master Electricians and ask questions when clarification is needed Follow NEC requirements, company standards, and established safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers, contractors, supervisors, and team members Help keep customers' homes, businesses, and property clean and protected while work is being performed Arrive at assigned jobsites on time, prepared, and ready to work Take initiative and look for ways to help the team without needing constant direction Take care of company tools, equipment, and materials Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows Qualifications Electrical or construction experience preferred, but level of experience may vary Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Dependable and punctual Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently when appropriate and as part of a team Comfortable working with hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to jobsites throughout Baldwin and Mobile Counties Ability to perform the physical requirements of electrical construction, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, standing, and working in varying weather and jobsite conditions Interest in growing within the electrical trade Opportunity for Growth We want to invest in people who want to build a career, not simply fill a position.
