Job Description

Calculated Solutions Group is currently hiring Industrial Electricians for one of our premier clients. We are seeking experienced electricians with a strong background in industrial electrical systems, medium-voltage installations, fiber optics, and controls. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team performing specialized electrical work in industrial and manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Install and terminate medium-voltage (MV) cable stress cones. Perform fusion splicing of both single-mode (SM) and multimode (MM) fiber optic cable. Install electrical conduit, cable, and raceway systems. Terminate control wiring and PLC panels. Install, wire, and assist with commissioning Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Troubleshoot electrical power, control, and automation systems. Support field service operations on industrial projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards. Qualifications Experience installing and terminating MV cable stress cones. Proficiency in fusion splicing single-mode and multimode fiber optic cable. Experience with controls, PLC terminations, and industrial control wiring. Working knowledge of VFD installation and startup. Experience with conduit installation and cable routing. Ability to read electrical prints and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial electrical experience preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to travel overnight when needed sometimes up to two weeks.
