Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Technician to join our growing field operations team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of critical electrical infrastructure by performing expert installations, complex troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Execute the installation and repair of electrical wiring, distribution equipment, and lighting fixtures to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all electrical projects meet or exceed NEC standards and local regulatory requirements. Analyze and resolve complex electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime and restore system functionality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on schedule. Conduct systematic inspections to identify potential hazards and perform proactive maintenance on electrical systems. Maintain precise documentation of service history, component usage, and project status. Uphold rigorous safety standards and operational protocols to foster a secure work environment. Provide responsive support for urgent electrical service requirements. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Active state-issued electrical license. Demonstrated field experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical environments. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Strong analytical skills for effective electrical troubleshooting. Preferred Skills Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program. Advanced knowledge of modern electrical control systems. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
