$20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Full-Time Position Summary The Service Lead Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical work in service, maintenance, and repair environments while providing on-site leadership and direction to team members. This role serves as the primary point of contact on service jobs, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential and/or commercial environments Lead and support service crew members on job sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and solutions Perform service calls, including emergency response, in a timely and professional manner Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and company expectations Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures Required Skills & Qualifications Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Ability to lead small teams and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of electrical service experience (residential, commercial, industrial) Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred Relevant electrical certifications or licensing (if applicable by state/local requirements) Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be able to lift, climb, and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoors) Valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
