An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
- Repair, construct, install, and troubleshoot routine electrical systems and equipment.
- Cut, thread, bend, couple, and strap conduit; install switch boxes, sockets, and lighting.
- Disassemble motors, generators, and other equipment for repair and perform safety testing.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications using electrical hand tools and measurement devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and ensure proper grounding and shielding.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. ## Basic Qualifications Basic computer skills Must have the ability to obtain a securty clearance Must possess a valid drivers license High scool diploma or GED Candidate must possess electrical knowledge of AB controls Candidate must have 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience ## Desired Skills Experience with Allen Bradley, FANUC Controls and various VFD's knowledge. Two years Associates degree in industrial electrical maintenance Robotics experiencePay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
