This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills to deliver reliable security solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that gate systems operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing peace of mind to clients and end-users alike. Your ability to interpret electrical systems, mechanical components, and system design will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, service, and test automated gate operators, including swing gates, slide gates, keypads, and access control Configure and troubleshoot operators and access control systems. Stick welding gate brackets for gate operation Pouring and finishing concrete pads for operators to be anchored to Interpret wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately connect low voltage wiring as well as 120v power for gate automation and security systems. Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues with existing gate operators, and fix existing operators Ensure compliance with electrical codes and operator codes such as NEC (National Electrical Code), and UL325 during installations and repairs.
