Seeking experienced permanent-lighting installers or established subcontract crew for recurring residential projects throughout Northwest Arkansas. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in permanent exterior lighting, professional holiday lighting, low-voltage outdoor lighting, roofing, soffit/fascia work or a closely related trade. We will provide the proprietary lighting system, track, controller and project specifications. The installer or subcontract crew will be responsible for completing clean, safe and professional installations.

Responsibilities:

Install permanent LED lighting track along residential rooflines, soffits and fascia Accurately cut, align and fasten track for a clean daytime appearance Route and conceal low-voltage wiring Install controllers, power supplies and system connections Waterproof and secure exterior connections and penetrations Test the completed system and assist with customer app setup Diagnose and correct installation or connection issues Protect the customer's property and leave the jobsite clean Follow proper ladder, roof and fall-protection procedures Communicate clearly about job progress, complications and completion Ideal experience: Permanent exterior or holiday-lighting installation Low-voltage or landscape-lighting installation Roofing, siding, gutter, soffit or fascia work Confident use of extension ladders and roof-access equipment Residential exterior construction or electrical experience

Requirements:

Proven experience working on residential rooflines Comfortable working at heights and on one- and two-story homes Dependable transportation Ability to provide photographs or references from previous work Reliable communication and professional customer conduct Ability to complete projects throughout Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities

Compensation:

This opportunity pays well and is intended for skilled, experienced installers. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience, crew size and project complexity. Payment may be structured per project, per installed linear foot or hourly, per crew-day. Most residential projects are approximately 100-250 linear feet. We plan to begin with one paid test installation. Consistent recurring work will be available to crews that demonstrate workmanship, dependability and communication.
