We are expanding our electrical team and looking for motivated, skilled Journeyman Electricians to join us in delivering top-tier results.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, experienced Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and company standards Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics Work collaboratively with project managers, apprentices, and other team members Maintain a safe and clean work environment Complete required documentation and reports
Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Arkansas or reciprocal state) Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician Strong knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and commitment to quality Ability to work outdoors and adapt to various job site conditions
Preferred Experience:
Underground utility electrical work Experience working alongside boring rig crews or directional drilling operations
