An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Position Summary:
Anistar is seeking experienced Journeyman service electricians for regional travel roles across the United States. Must be comfortable with heavy travel.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect and test electrical components to diagnose problems, repair broken electrical components, and install updates for outdated electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or other components to fix lighting, fuse boxes, and generators. Oversee training for co-workers as needed. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines and daily deliverables (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.). Resolve conflict while maintaining positive relationships at all levels. Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed electrical systems and component devices are operational. Ensure electrical systems meet local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements. Must have valid JM license Must be available to travel for 3-4 weeks at a time at minimum as needed.
