Full-Time Stuttgart, AR, 72160, United States Description Revolution is now hiring for an Industrial Electrician position in Stuttgart, AR. This role will be responsible for keeping all equipment operating through preventive and as-needed maintenance and documenting all repairs. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Ensure all safety and precautionary measures are met by adhering to company policy and state and federal regulations. Installs, inspects, tests, operates, and repairs of all electrical switchgear systems, branch circuits, power distribution wiring, electrical equipment, fixtures, and conduit. Must be able to troubleshoot lighting control systems and related components. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical devices, motor starters, relays, contractors, etc. Must be able to use a variety of electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot, test, and trace circuitry. Advises the supervisor on job progress and material/ labor requirements. Works with departments to plan and complete tasking. The ability to read, design drawings, and wiring diagrams required. Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keep records. Responds to any emergency repair/maintenance as scheduled and keep records. Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running Maintains accounts for tools used. All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications Associate's degree in industrial Electronics or similar field. (preferred) Minimum two years of electrical experience in an industrial environment. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Ability to read and understand instructions in English. Ability to perform work without supervision. Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports. Essential reading and writing skills. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred. Climbing stairs and working from secured platforms. Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions. Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
