Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Utility employee to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the exterior cleanliness of the facility, you will be responsible for multiple roles assembling and producing the high-quality production products across multiple departments and shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to producing quality products, and an understanding of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the exterior cleanliness of the facility.
Manufacture Electrical Equipment:
Assemble, test, and package electrical equipment used in utility-scale solar projects, ensuring all items meet company and industry standards. Operating Forklift as needed. Attention to
Detail:
Follow technical specifications and engineering diagrams with precision to ensure accurate assembly and function of electrical systems. Adhere to
Safety Standards:
Ensure all work is completed according to company safety guidelines and best practices, maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Collaborate with
Team:
Work closely with production supervisors and other team members to meet production targets, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
Document Production:
Maintain records of production processes, test results, and materials used. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain Equipment:
Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to supervisors.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training and initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and processes. Suggest improvements to workflows when necessary.
Benefits and Pay:

Compensation Notice:
Premier PV provides the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications in electrical or manufacturing fields is a plus. Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly, preferably in electrical, Forklift and warehouse experience preferred. or solar-related industries is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time as required in a production environment.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Must comply with safety requirements, which may include being clean-shaven when required for respirator use, wearing long sleeves, and wearing steel-toe or other required protective footwear. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently use hands and arms to handle, inspect, position, or test materials and components. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways, as the work requires. Must be able to work at heights or in confined spaces, including towers, vessels, or excavations, when assigned and properly trained. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; assistance must be used for heavier loads. Must be able to visually inspect product details and distinguish conditions necessary to determine conformance, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
