Duties Assist with electrical systems installation on commercial and industrial construction sites, following blueprints and schematics accurately Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters to perform wiring and troubleshooting tasks Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution Bending conduit and running electrical wiring in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) compliance standards Follow strict electrical safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks including framing carpentry related to electrical infrastructure Qualifications Prior experience or training in industrial or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Basic knowledge of electrical schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and conduit bending techniques Familiarity with electrical safety procedures, NFPA 70 compliance, and NEC standards is advantageous Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters confidently Construction site experience or related construction background is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments Valid driver's license preferred; ability to work at heights or in confined spaces may be required depending on project needs Embark on a rewarding journey into the world of electrical craftsmanship!
