This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and represent our company with professionalism at customer sites. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently and accurately. Assess jobsite conditions and determine safe, effective solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards. Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Identify opportunities to improve system performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Current Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent experience as required by state regulations). Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience in commercial electrical installations, service, and maintenance. Ability to assess situations, think critically, and solve problems independently. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA and company safety procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in various jobsite environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
